What is the True Purpose of Memorial Day?

We asked two Veterans who took part in some of the fiercest battles of WWII, the landing in Normandy on Utah Beach: Curtis Phillips (4th Infantry Division) and Sergio Moirano (90th Infantry Division). Decades after the war they still go back to the cemeteries every year on Memorial Day to honor their fallen comrades.
